Ingredients
  • 300 g (10.5 oz) frozen potato dumplings about 6
  • 100 g (3.5 oz) bacon about 6 slices
  • 60 g (1/2 cup) fresh or frozen lingonberries
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

2. Cook bacon in a skillet over medium heat until crispy then transfer to paper towels to drain and crumble

3. In the same skillet add lingonberries and cook over medium heat for 5 minutes until softened season with a pinch of salt and pepper

4. Cook frozen potato dumplings according to package directions

5. Arrange dumplings in a single layer in a baking dish

6. Spoon lingonberry mixture over dumplings then sprinkle with crumbled bacon

7. Bake for 10 to 15 minutes until dumplings are heated through and lightly browned

8. Serve immediately
