Bacon-Wrapped Dates with Feta and Basil
Ingredients
- 400 g (14 oz) pitted dates
- 200 g (7 oz) feta cheese, crumbled
- 115 g (4 oz) fresh basil leaves
- 450 g (1 lb) bacon, halved lengthwise
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. Slice dates lengthwise and remove pits. Stuff each date with feta and basil.
3. Wrap each date with a bacon strip and secure with toothpick. Place on baking sheet.
4. Bake for 15-20 minutes until bacon is crispy. Let cool slightly before serving.
