Baked Feta with Cherry Tomatoes and Olives

Ingredients
- 300 g (10.6 oz) feta cheese
- 400 g (14.1 oz) mixed color cherry tomatoes
- 100 ml (0.42 cup) kalamata olives
- 1 red onion thinly sliced
- 1 garlic clove halved
- 30 ml (2 tbsp) extra virgin olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) dried oregano
- Freshly ground black pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (392°F)
2. Place the feta cheese in an ovenproof dish
3. Scatter the cherry tomatoes and thinly sliced red onion around the feta
4. Tuck the halved garlic clove into the cheese
5. Sprinkle with dried oregano and black pepper
6. Drizzle evenly with olive oil
7. Bake for 20 minutes until the tomatoes burst and the feta is soft
8. Serve warm with crusty bread for scooping
