  • 110 g mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
  • 10 ml sriracha or jalapeño paste (2 tsp)
  • 4 soft sausage buns (approx. 120 g total)
Instructions

1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 375°F (190°C).

2. Place sausages directly on the grill grates and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly charred and cooked through.
