Best Grilled Sausage with Spicy Mayo and Buns
Ingredients
- 450 g grilled sausage (1 lb)
- 110 g mayonnaise (1/2 cup)
- 10 ml sriracha or jalapeño paste (2 tsp)
- 4 soft sausage buns (approx. 120 g total)
Instructions
1. Preheat your grill to medium heat, around 375°F (190°C).
2. Place sausages directly on the grill grates and cook for 12–15 minutes, turning occasionally, until evenly charred and cooked through.
3. In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise and sriracha, stirring until smooth and fully blended.
4. Once sausages are done, split the buns and lightly toast them on the grill for 30–60 seconds if desired.
5. Place each sausage in a bun and top generously with the spicy mayo. Add any extra toppings if you like—onions, peppers, or mustard.
6. Serve immediately while hot.
