Ingredients
  • 1 3/4 cups (440ml) heavy cream
  • 397g (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 397g (14 oz) dulce de leche
  • 115g (3.5 oz) dark chocolate (at least 70% cocoa), broken into small pieces
  • 50g (1.8 oz) dark chocolate, for garnish (optional)
  • 1 orange, for serving
  • Cola sauce, for serving
Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F or 175°C.

2. In a medium-sized bowl, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks, then set it aside.

3. Melt the dark chocolate in a double boiler or, if you prefer, in the microwave in 30-second increments, stirring between each interval until it's smooth.

4. In a large bowl, combine the sweetened condensed milk, dulce de leche (which is a type of caramel made from sweetened milk), and the melted dark chocolate. Mix everything together until it's well combined.

5. Next, fold the whipped heavy cream into the chocolate mixture until there are no white streaks left.

6. Pour the mixture into a pre-baked tart crust and smooth out the top.

7. Arrange the caramelized nuts on top of the tart in a way that looks appealing to you.

8. If you want to add a bit of extra flair, melt an additional 1.76 ounces or 50 grams of dark chocolate and drizzle it over the tart.

9. Finally, serve the tart with a side of cola sauce and a slice of orange.
