Casserole with Sausage Root Vegetables and Noble Cheese

Ingredients
- 900g / 2 lbs Root Vegetable Medley
- 450g / 1 lb Sausage sliced, preferably a smoked pork sausage similar to smoked pork loin's or Kassler.
- 250g total / 120ml + 60g Cheese, combining 1/2 cup grated cheese with a 31% fat content and 1/2 cup noble cheese with a 30% fat content, crumbled or grated
- 120g / 1 medium Red Bell Pepper, diced
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F or 190°C.
2. Cook sliced sausage in a large skillet over medium-high heat until browned on both sides; this should take about 5 minutes. Once cooked, set the sausage aside.
3. Using the same skillet, add diced red bell peppers and cook until tender, which takes about 5 minutes.
4. Combine the cooked sausage, root vegetable medley, and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl, mixing everything together well.
5. Transfer the mixture to a 9x13 inch or 23x33 cm baking dish and top it with noble cheese.
6. Bake in the preheated oven for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
7. Serve hot and enjoy!
