The sharp kiss of lemon zest cuts through the sweetness of ripe strawberries, while a splash of elderflower syrup adds floral depth. Fresh mint lifts every sip with a cool, aromatic finish. Built for sharing, it’s easy to mix up a pitcher and keep it cold until the last glass. No frills, no fuss—just crisp, refreshing flavor that feels like a breeze in a bottle.
Ingredients
  • 750 ml (3 1/3 cups) sparkling wine (prosecco or cava)
  • 240 ml (1 cup) elderflower syrup
  • 300 g (10.6 oz) frozen strawberries
  • 1 lemon (zested, then sliced for garnish)
  • 15 g (0.5 oz / about 1/4 cup) fresh mint leaves
  • ice cubes (for serving)
Instructions

1. Add lemon zest and frozen strawberries to a large pitcher

2. Pour in sparkling wine

3. Add fresh mint leaves and gently muddle to release their aroma

4. Stir in elderflower syrup until fully blended

5. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes

6. Serve over ice in tall glasses

7. Garnish with lemon slices and extra mint leaves if desired
