Coffee Drenched Treat with Whiskey and Nougat Ice Cream

Ingredients
- 475ml (16 fl oz) Irish whiskey or Baileys
- 1.9 liters (64 fl oz / ½ gallon) nougat or vanilla ice cream
- 475ml (16 fl oz) hot espresso or strong coffee (around 93°C or 200°F)
Instructions
1. Brew a strong cup of espresso or make a pot of hot coffee using a French press or an espresso machine.
2. Pour 240ml (8.4 fl oz / 1 cup) of your preferred liquor, such as Irish whiskey or Baileys, into a separate container. Non-dairy alternatives can be used if desired.
3. Scoop 1.9 liters (64 fl oz / ½ gallon) of nougat or vanilla ice cream into individual serving cups or glasses. Clear glasses are recommended to showcase the dessert's layers.
4. Slowly pour the whiskey-infused coffee over the ice cream, allowing the warm liquid to melt and combine with the cold treat, creating a layered effect with the coffee on the bottom and the ice cream on top.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy the delightful contrast of hot and cold, coffee and cream.
