Ingredients
  • 8.82 oz (250g) crab meat
  • 7.05 oz (200g) oats
  • 2.64 oz (75g) melted butter
  • 0.42 cups (1 dl) chopped lettuce
  • 3 tbsp chopped fresh dill
  • Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. To make the oat crust combine oats and melted butter in a bowl until well mixed.

3. Press the mixture into a springform pan (9 in / 23 cm diameter) to form the crust.

4. Bake the crust in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until lightly golden.

5. Mix together the crab meat lemon zest chopped dill and chopped lettuce in a separate bowl.

6. Remove the baked oat crust from the oven and let it cool slightly.

7. Spread the crab mixture evenly over the oat crust.

8. Bake the cake in the preheated oven for an additional 10-12 minutes or until the filling is heated through.

9. Remove the cake from the oven and let it cool before serving.
