Cream Filled Cake with Candy Filling

- 300g / 1 1/2 cups confectioners sugar
- 190g / 1 1/2 cups potato flour
- 200g / 7 ounces white chocolate
- 150g / 5 ounces softened butter
- 150g / 5 ounces chocolate chips
- 3 eggs
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Get a 9-inch (23cm) round cake pan and grease it then dust it with flour
2. Take a large mixing bowl and whisk the confectioners' sugar and potato flour together
3. Crack in the eggs one by one and whisk thoroughly after each one goes in
4. Melt the chocolate chips using a double boiler or microwave in 30-second bursts stirring each time until smooth
5. Grab another bowl and whip the softened butter until it becomes light and fluffy
6. Mix the whipped butter into the melted chocolate until fully blended
7. Split the cake batter in half between two bowls. Stir the chocolate mixture into one of them until it's evenly mixed
8. Pour the plain batter into the prepared cake pan then spread the chocolate-infused batter on top
9. Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until a toothpick stuck in the middle comes out dry
