Creamy Cheese Delight with Caviar

Ingredients
- 375ml / 1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 225g / 1 1/2 cups coarsely grated cheese
- 4 eggs
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 212°F (100°C) with convection mode turned on.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk the eggs and heavy whipping cream until smooth and fully combined.
3. Next, add the coarsely grated Westerbotten cheese - a type of Swedish cheese - to the egg mixture and fold it in until fully incorporated.
4. Divide this mixture evenly among four small ramekins or deep plates.
5. Place the ramekins in the oven and bake for 30-35 minutes. They are done when the edges are set and the centers still jiggle slightly when gently shaken.
6. Remove the ramekins from the oven and let them cool for a brief moment.
7. Top each serving with a spoonful of caviar, a dollop of crème fraîche, a sprinkle of finely chopped onion, and some fresh dill.
