Creamy Tuna and Potato Bake

Ingredients
- 400-450g / 14-16 oz tuna steak
- 4 large baking potatoes (approx. 250-300g / 8.8-10.6 oz each)
- 50g / 1.8 oz fresh dill
- 1 large red onion (approx. 150g / 5.3 oz)
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 392°F (200°C)
2. Peel the potatoes and cut them into thin slices
3. Arrange the potato slices in a baking dish overlapping them slightly
4. Sprinkle the chopped red onions and dill over the potatoes
5. Top the potatoes with the tuna steak making sure to cover the entire surface
6. Spread the creamy tuna mixture evenly ensuring every bite is a delight
7. Bake for 45 to 50 minutes or until the potatoes are tender and golden brown
8. Remove from the oven and let it rest for a few minutes before serving
