Decadent Chocolate Tart with Hazelnuts and Nutella
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup (60 g) potato starch
- 3 tablespoons (20 g) unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
- 1 1/2 cups (300 g) granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 1/2 ounces (42 g) roasted hazelnuts
- 1 cup (240 g) chocolate sauce
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine the flour, eggs, baking powder, potato starch, cocoa powder, granulated sugar, and vanilla sugar. Whisk until smooth.
3. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured tart pan with a removable bottom.
4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, until the edges are firm and the center still jiggles slightly.
5. Let the tart cool completely before adding the chocolate sauce and topping with roasted hazelnuts.
6. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes to set the chocolate before serving. When slicing and serving the tart, handle the sharp knife with caution to avoid injuries.
