Delicious Salmon Cheesecake

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups (190g) rye flour
- 1/2 cup (115g) cold-smoked salmon, sliced
- 1/4 cup (55g) unsalted butter (smör)
- 1/2 cup (120g) red caviar
- 1/4 cup (15g) chopped fresh dill
- 1 large egg, hard-cooked and chilled
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F or 180°C.
2. In a large mixing bowl, combine 250g or 8.8oz of rye flour, 115g or 4oz of butter, softened, and a pinch of salt. Mix until the dough forms.
3. Press the dough into a 23cm or 9-inch springform pan and bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a separate bowl, mix 20g or 0.7oz of chopped fresh dill, 120g or 4.3oz of cold-smoked salmon, and 20g or 0.7oz of red caviar.
5. Spread the dill and salmon mixture evenly over the baked crust.
6. Top with 1 hard-cooked egg, sliced into thin pieces.
7. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
