Delicious Salmon Sandwich

Ingredients
- 500g / 1.1 lbs salmon fillet
- 120g / 4 large slices of dark rye bread
- 28g / 1 oz butter
- 20g / 0.7 oz fresh dill
- 2 dl / 1 cup mixed greens (including arugula, spinach, and lettuce)
Instructions
1. Place slices of dark rye bread on a flat surface.
2. Spread a generous amount of butter on each slice, about 1-2 tablespoons (15-30g) per slice, leaving a 1/4 inch (6mm) border around the edges.
3. Place a portion of the mixed greens, approximately 1/4 cup (15g) per slice, on top of the butter.
4. Slice the salmon fillet into thin pieces, about 1/4 inch (6mm) thick, and arrange 2-3 pieces on top of the greens.
5. Finish with a sprinkle of fresh dill, roughly 1/4 teaspoon (1g) per slice.
6. Serve immediately.
