Delicious Shrimp Salad with Extra Flair
Ingredients
- 450g (16 oz) shrimp in lag
- 4 eggs, sliced
- 4 slices of round light bread
- 236ml (1 cup) mayonnaise
- 1 head of lettuce
- 4 tomatoes, sliced
- 120g (1/2 cup) chopped dill
- 120ml (1/2 cup) sliced cucumber
- 120ml (1/2 cup) sliced lemon
Instructions
1. Begin by arranging the lettuce leaves on a large serving platter or individual plates.
2. Spread a 2-3 mm (1/8 inch) layer of mayonnaise on top of the lettuce.
3. Arrange 2-3 slices of bread per serving on top of the mayonnaise.
4. Add 2-3 sliced tomatoes, 2 sliced hard-boiled eggs, a sprinkle of chopped fresh dill, a squeeze of lemon juice, and 2-3 slices of cucumber on top of the bread.
5. Place 120-150g (4-5 oz) of peeled and deveined shrimp on top of the salad and serve immediately.
