Delicious Tuna and Cheese Pinwheels

- 500g / 1.1 lb fresh natural cheese, crumbled
- 397g / 14.1 oz can of tuna in oil, drained
- 120g / 4 slices of soft tuna bread
- 30g / 1/2 cup of chopped fresh dill
- 10g / 2 tsp of finely grated lemon zest
- Salt and pepper to taste
1. Preheat your refrigerator to its coldest temperature setting to chill the pinwheels for at least 1 hour.
2. In a large bowl, combine 120g (4.3 oz) of tuna, 60g (2.1 oz) of cheese, the grated zest of 1 lemon, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh dill, a pinch of salt, and a few grinds of pepper. Mix everything together until the ingredients are fully incorporated.
3. Place the slices of tuna bread on a clean work surface. Divide the tuna mixture evenly among the bread slices, leaving a 2.5 cm (1 inch) border around the edges. Roll up each slice tightly, starting from the short side. Wrap each roll in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour at a temperature of around 4°C (39°F).
4. When you're ready to serve, remove the pinwheels from the refrigerator and cut each roll into 6 slices. Garnish with additional chopped fresh dill if desired.
