  • 1/2 cup (50 g) mixed mushrooms, sliced
  • 1/2 cup (75 g) large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons (30 g) butter, melted
  • 1/2 teaspoon (3 g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.5 g) black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped (optional)
Instructions

1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, melted butter, salt, and black pepper until well combined.

3. Add the sliced mushrooms and shrimp to the egg mixture and stir gently to distribute evenly.

4. Grease an 8-inch round baking dish or omelette pan with butter or cooking spray.

5. Pour the frittata mixture into the prepared dish.

6. Sprinkle the chopped fresh dill on top, if using.
