Ingredients
- 3 cups (720 ml) vanilla quark or curd cheese (use your preferred fat content)
- 1 cup (250 ml) raspberry syrup
- 10 digestive biscuits, crushed (use gluten-free if desired)
Instructions
1. 1. In a blender or food processor, mix the vanilla quark or curd cheese until smooth and creamy.
2. 2. Add the raspberry syrup to the blended quark and blend until fully combined.
3. 3. Take 4 glasses or small cups and divide the quark mixture evenly among them.
4. 4. Top each glass with a layer of crushed digestive biscuits to add a satisfying crunch.
