Green Marzipan Cake

  - 450g / 1 lb 1 oz green marzipan
 - 6g / 1 tsp unsalted butter, softened
 - 60g / 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F or 175°C. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper to prevent the marzipan from sticking.
2. Divide the green marzipan into 24 equal portions and shape each one into a ball. Flatten each ball slightly into a disk shape using the palm of your hand or a rolling pin.
3. Place a piece of dark chocolate in the center of each marzipan disk. Fold the marzipan over the chocolate to form a triangle, making sure to press the edges together firmly to seal the chocolate inside.
4. Arrange the marzipan triangles on the prepared baking sheet, leaving about 1 inch or 2.5 cm of space between each piece to allow for even baking.
5. Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the marzipan is lightly golden. Keep an eye on them to ensure they don't overcook.
6. Remove the marzipan triangles from the oven and let them cool on a wire rack, allowing the heat to dissipate evenly.
