Homemade Vanilla Cream Cups

Ingredients
- 6 soft boat-shaped wafers
- 150 ml (5 fl oz) vanilla cream
- 100 ml (3.4 fl oz) strawberry syrup
- 200 g (7.1 oz) dark chocolate chips
Instructions
1. Prepare 150 ml vanilla cream using your preferred recipe or a store-bought version
2. Melt the dark chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave in 30-second intervals stirring until smooth
3. Let the melted chocolate cool slightly
4. Place each boat-shaped wafer with the concave side up
5. Add a small dollop of vanilla cream to the center of each wafer
6. Drizzle a touch of strawberry syrup over the cream
7. Freeze for 10 minutes until firm
8. Top each cup with a spoonful of melted dark chocolate
9. Refrigerate for 30 minutes to set
10. Serve cold with extra strawberry syrup if desired
