Lemon Curd Delight with Whipped Cream and Fresh Berries

Ingredients
- 2 1/4 cups (475ml or 540g) crème fraiche, 34% fat
- 1 can (397g or 14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup (200g or 7 oz) lemon curd
- 3 cups (710ml or 24 oz) heavy whipping cream
- 1 whole lemon for zest and 1/2 lemon for juice
- 6 strawberries for garnish
Instructions
1. In a large mixing bowl, whip 250ml (8.5 fl oz) of heavy whipping cream until stiff peaks form, then set it aside in the refrigerator.
2. In a separate bowl, mix 120g (4.3 oz) of lemon curd with 60g (2.1 oz) of crème fraiche until the mixture is smooth and well combined.
3. In another bowl, whip 120ml (4 fl oz) of sweetened condensed milk until it becomes light and airy.
4. To assemble the dessert, place a small dollop of the lemon curd mixture at the bottom of each glass. Top this with a dollop of whipped cream, followed by a dollop of sweetened condensed milk.
5. Garnish each glass with a fresh strawberry and serve chilled.
6. Refrigerate the dessert for at least 30 minutes at 4°C (39°F) to allow the flavors to meld together.
