Meat Patty Delight in a Cake Pan with Noble Cheese Sauce

Ingredients
- 600g/21 oz Beef Fillet Patties
- 15ml/1 tbsp Cooking Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F or 175°C.
2. Grease a cake pan with oil, then set it aside for later use.
3. Season the meat patty fillet with salt and pepper according to your taste.
4. Place the seasoned meat patty in the prepared cake pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes, or until it's cooked through.
5. While the meat patty bakes, prepare your preferred cheese sauce.
6. Serve the meat patty hot with the cheese sauce spooned over the top, alongside steamed broccoli and wedged potatoes.
