Oreo Nutella Mousse Delight
Ingredients
- 250 g (8.8 oz) mascarpone cheese
- 250 g (8.8 oz) Oreo cookies
- 1 cup (200 g) Nutella
- 1 cup (236 ml) heavy whipping cream
- 1/2 cup (100 g) feta cheese
- 1 tbsp lemon zest (optional)
Instructions
1. 1. Preheat your oven to 175°C (350°F).
2. 2. Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and blend until they turn into fine crumbs.
3. 3. Press the cookie crumbs evenly into the bottom of four glasses or ramekins.
4. 4. Bake for 5 minutes or until the crust is lightly browned.
5. 5. Remove from oven and let cool completely.
6. 6. In a large mixing bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form, then set aside.
7. 7. In another bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, Nutella, and feta cheese until smooth and creamy.
8. 8. Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the cheese mixture.
9. 9. Divide the Nutella mixture evenly among the cooled glasses.
10. 10. Top each glass with the remaining whipped cream.
11. 11. Garnish with a sprinkle of lemon zest, if desired.
