Pear and Goat Cheese Pizza

Ingredients
- 450g / 1 lb chèvre cheese (goat cheese)
- 250g / 1 package puff pastry (gluten-free optional)
- 250ml / 1 cup crème fraiche
- 225g / 1 medium pear
- 115g / 4 oz arugula
- 85g / 3 oz liquid honey
- 6g / 1 tsp flaky sea salt
- 3g / 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Roll out the puff pastry and place it on a baking sheet.
3. Spread the crème fraiche, which is a type of sour cream, evenly over the dough leaving a small border of about 1 inch (2.5 cm) around the edges.
4. Top the crème fraiche with the chèvre cheese, also known as goat cheese, arugula, and a sprinkle of flaky sea salt and black pepper.
5. Slice the pear into thin wedges and arrange them on top of the pizza.
6. Drizzle with a touch of liquid honey.
7. Bake the pizza in the oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown.
8. Remove from the oven and serve warm.
