Ingredients
  • 250g (2 cups) all-purpose flour
  • 200g (1 cup) granulated sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 115g (1/2 cup) unsalted butter softened
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 225g (1 1/3 cups) dark chocolate chips or chunks
  • 120g (2/3 cup) white chocolate chips
  • 60g (1/2 cup) roasted and skinned hazelnuts
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

2. In a medium bowl whisk together flour baking powder and salt

3. In a large bowl combine sugar eggs and vanilla sugar

4. Beat until light and fluffy

5. Melt butter and white chocolate chips in a double boiler or microwave

6. Add melted mixture to sugar mixture and mix until smooth

7. Stir in flour mixture then fold in dark chocolate chips and hazelnuts

8. Divide batter among 16 muffin cups

9. Bake 20-25 minutes until a toothpick inserted comes out clean

10. Let cool before serving
