This dish is a true crowd-pleaser, packed with rich, savory flavors. The fish filets are tender and succulent, and the crispy shrimp add a delightful texture. The feta sprinkled on top provides a lovely tangy contrast, making every bite a delight.
Ingredients
  • 500g (1.1 lbs) Shrimp with shells
  • 250g (8.8 oz) Feta cheese, crumbled
  • 120ml (1/2 cup) Olive oil
  • 115g (4 portions) Salmon fillets
  • 60g (1/2 cup) Fresh dill
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • Zest of 1 lemon
Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Place the salmon fillets on the prepared baking sheet, leaving a small space between each fillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste.

3. In a small bowl, mix together the feta cheese, dill, lemon zest, and lemon juice. Divide the mixture evenly among the salmon fillets, spreading it on top of each fillet.

4. Drizzle the olive oil over the salmon fillets and sprinkle with the shrimp. Bake in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.

5. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes before serving. Serve warm and enjoy!
