Sandwich Bites with Tuna and Shrimp

Ingredients
- 450g/2 cups all-purpose bread, soft and rectangular in shape
- 115g/1/2 cup freshly chopped dill
- 21 large shrimp
- 120g/1 can of tuna in water, drained
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F or 175°C.
2. Cut the bread into cubes, about 1 inch or 2.5 cm in size.
3. In a large bowl, combine the chopped fresh dill, peeled and deveined shrimp, and canned tuna.
4. Add the bread cubes to the bowl and gently toss until they are evenly coated with the tuna and shrimp mixture.
5. Place the bread cubes on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and bake for 10-12 minutes, or until lightly toasted.
6. Remove the bread cubes from the oven and let them cool slightly before serving.
