- 150 g broccoli florets | 5.3 oz
- 50 g walnuts, chopped | 1.8 oz
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
2. Roll out the puff pastry and line a 9-inch tart pan, pressing it gently into the edges
3. Blind bake the pastry for 10 minutes to stabilize
4. Meanwhile, sauté broccoli and walnuts in a drizzle of oil over medium heat for 5 to 6 minutes until broccoli is tender but still bright
5. Let cool slightly
6. In a bowl, combine grated cheddar, diced ham, fresh goat cheese, and sautéed broccoli mixture
7. Stir gently to avoid breaking up the goat cheese too much
8. Transfer filling into the partially baked pastry shell
9. Smooth the top with a spatula
10. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the filling is set and the top is golden brown
11. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing and serving warm
