Ingredients
  • 2 cups (475ml) Water
  • 1 1/2 cups (190g) Rye flour
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons (7g) Salt
  • 1 tablespoon (15g) Caraway seeds
Instructions

1. Combine 200 grams (1 ⅔ cups) rye flour, 5 grams (1 teaspoon) salt, and 5 grams (1 teaspoon) caraway seeds in a large mixing bowl

2. Boil 200 milliliters (¾ cup) water, then pour it over the flour mixture

3. Stir until well combined, then cover the bowl with plastic wrap

4. Let the mixture rest overnight at room temperature

5. The next day, shape the dough into thin sheets or rolls about 3 millimeters (⅛ inch) thick

6. Place the bread on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper

7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (400°F) for 10 to 15 minutes or until crispy and golden brown

8. Remove from oven and let cool before serving
