Ingredients
  • 450g / 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 250g / 1 bunch radish greens
  • 100g / 3.5 oz sugar snaps (or snap peas)
  • 1 egg
  • 115g / 1/2 cup grated cheese (any variety)
  • 225g / 1 cooled pie roll, gluten-free if needed
  • 225g / 1 pie crust
  • 7.5 ml / 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 15 ml / 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions

1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).

2. Combine shrimp, sugar snaps, radish greens, and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl.

3. Mix well to combine.

4. Whisk together egg, salt, and cold water in a separate bowl.

5. Add the egg mixture to the pie crust and mix until a dough forms.

6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.

7. Place the dough into a pie dish.

8. Fill the pie crust with the shrimp mixture.

9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown at 350°F (175°C).

10. Serve warm.
