Scrumptious Shrimp and Cheese Pie
Ingredients
- 450g / 1 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 250g / 1 bunch radish greens
- 100g / 3.5 oz sugar snaps (or snap peas)
- 1 egg
- 115g / 1/2 cup grated cheese (any variety)
- 225g / 1 cooled pie roll, gluten-free if needed
- 225g / 1 pie crust
- 7.5 ml / 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 15 ml / 1 tablespoon cold water
Instructions
1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
2. Combine shrimp, sugar snaps, radish greens, and grated cheese in a large mixing bowl.
3. Mix well to combine.
4. Whisk together egg, salt, and cold water in a separate bowl.
5. Add the egg mixture to the pie crust and mix until a dough forms.
6. Roll out the dough on a floured surface.
7. Place the dough into a pie dish.
8. Fill the pie crust with the shrimp mixture.
9. Bake for 35-40 minutes or until the crust is golden brown at 350°F (175°C).
10. Serve warm.
