Seafood Cocktail with Mango and Avocado

- 375g / 1 ½ cups Scallop meat
- 250g / 8.8 oz Surimi sticks with crab flavor
- 1 large Avocado
- 1 large Mango, cut in half
- 1 large Cucumber, 15 cm / 6 inches long (use 10 cm / 4 inches)
- 2-3 slices of Salad onion
- 1 whole Fresh red chili pepper, cut in half
- 2 tbsp / 30 ml Sesame oil
- Juice of 1 Lime
- To taste Salt
- To taste Black pepper
1. Cut the mango into small pieces and remove the pit.
2. Cut the avocado in half, then remove the pit and slice into smaller pieces.
3. Finely chop the salad onion, chili pepper, cucumber, and crabsticks, taking care to make the pieces uniform in size.
4. In a large bowl, combine the chopped ingredients with the scallop meat. Squeeze the juice of 1 lime over the mixture, then add 1-2 teaspoons of sesame oil, salt, and pepper to taste.
5. In a dry skillet, toast 1-2 tablespoons of sesame seeds over medium heat (180°C/350°F) until they lightly brown and become fragrant.
6. To assemble the seafood cocktail, fill small glasses with the scallop mixture. Garnish each glass with toasted sesame seeds, a sprinkle of coriander, and a thinly sliced lime wedge.
