Seafood Pastry Delight

Ingredients
- 250 g (8.8 oz) puff pastry
- 1 large egg
- 240 ml (1 cup) sour cream
- 50 g (1/2 cup) grated aged cheddar cheese
- 10 g (2 tablespoons) fresh dill chopped
- 10 g (2 tablespoons) fresh chives chopped
- 2 ripe avocados peeled pitted and halved
- 70 g (1/2 cup) large shrimp shelled and deveined
- 15 g (3/4 cup) mixed greens
- 30 g (1/4 cup) red radish thinly sliced
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 390°F (200°C)
2. Roll puff pastry on baking paper to 1/4 inch (6 mm) thick
3. Score 2-inch (5 cm) border around edge without cutting through
4. Brush border with beaten egg
5. Bake center rack 15 minutes until golden brown
6. Cool pastry completely on wire rack
7. Cook shrimp in skillet over medium heat 2-3 minutes until pink and opaque cool
8. Mix sour cream aged cheddar dill chives salt and pepper
9. Spread cheese mixture within pastry border
10. Arrange mixed greens avocado halves and shrimp on filling
11. Scatter sliced radish over top add whole radish slices for garnish
12. Serve immediately
