Simple Lemon-Herb Baked Salmon
Ingredients
- 450 g (1 lb) skin-on salmon fillets
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) olive oil
- 15 ml (1 tbsp) fresh lemon juice
- 5 ml (1 tsp) lemon zest
- 5 g (0.2 oz) chopped fresh dill
- 2 g (0.07 oz) salt
- 1 g (0.035 oz) black pepper
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 200°C (400°F)
2. Pat salmon fillets dry with paper towels
3. Place salmon on a parchment-lined baking sheet
4. Mix olive oil lemon juice lemon zest dill salt and pepper in a small bowl
5. Brush mixture evenly over salmon
6. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until salmon flakes easily with a fork
7. Serve immediately
