Spicy Fruit Kebabs with Yogurt and Herbs

Ingredients
- 500g / 1.1lb Greek yogurt (10%) or 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- 250g / 8.8oz mayonnaise or 2 tablespoons
- 120g / 4.3oz light-crème fraiche (15%) or 2 tablespoons
- 60g / 2.1oz tomato puree or ketchup or 2 tablespoons
- 2 small garlic cloves
- 15g / 0.5oz Fanta or pineapple juice or 1/2 cup (120 ml)
- 6g / 0.2oz ground cumin or 1 teaspoon
- 5g / 0.2oz dried oregano or 1 teaspoon
- 2g / 0.1oz sambal oelek or 1/2 teaspoon
- 1g / 0.04oz cayenne pepper or 1/4 teaspoon
- 1g / 0.04oz salt or Aromat or 1/2 teaspoon
Instructions
1. Mix together garlic, cumin, oregano, salt or seasoning salt, and chili paste in a blender until well combined.
2. In a separate bowl whisk together heavy cream, mayonnaise, tomato puree or ketchup, and plain yogurt until smooth.
3. Add the blended spice mixture to the yogurt mixture and stir well.
4. Add the orange soda or pineapple juice and mix until the marinade is well combined.
5. Place your preferred fruits such as pineapple, peaches, or grapes on skewers and brush with the marinade.
6. Let it sit in the refrigerator at a temperature of 39°F or 4°C for at least 30 minutes to allow the flavors to meld.
7. Serve chilled at a temperature of 39°F or 4°C and enjoy.
