Ingredients
  • 1 pound (450 g) large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 2 tablespoons (30 ml) rapeseed oil (canola oil)
  • 2 cloves garlic minced
  • 1 large red chili pepper seeded and finely chopped
  • 2 teaspoons (4 g) chili flakes
  • 1/4 teaspoon (1.5 g) salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon (0.6 g) black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons (5 g) fresh dill chopped
Instructions

1. Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C)
