- 2 tsp (10 ml) French mustard
- 2 tbsp (30 ml) fresh cheese, crumbled
- Black pepper, to taste
- Salt, to taste
- Capers, for garnish
- Parsley, for garnish

5. 5. Divide the crumbled fresh cheese among the beef patties, placing it on top of the mustard layer
