Sweet Chili Glazed Salmon in the Oven

Ingredients
- 2.2 lbs (1 kg) salmon fillet with skin
- 1 tbsp (15 ml) sweet chili sauce
- 1 tsp (5 ml) salt
- 1 tsp (5 ml) lemon pepper
- 1 tsp (5 ml) chili flakes
Instructions
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C)
2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper
3. Place the salmon skin side down on the paper
4. Sprinkle the salmon evenly with salt, lemon pepper, and chili flakes
5. Brush the sweet chili sauce over the top
6. Bake in the center of the oven until the internal temperature reaches 130°F to 132°F (54°C to 56°C)
7. Remove from the oven and garnish with lemon slices, fresh dill, parsley, and radish slices
