- 25g/2 tablespoons butter
- 6g/1 clove garlic, finely minced
- 60g/1/2 cup sesame seeds
- Fresh cilantro leaves for garnish

1. Melt 15g or 1 tablespoon of butter in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat, which is around 200°C or 392°F.
2. Add the beef strips and cook for 3-4 minutes per side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.
3. Remove the beef from the skillet and set it aside to rest.
4. In the same skillet, add the remaining 15g or 1 tablespoon of butter.
5. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute, until fragrant and aromatic.
6. Next, add the grated ginger and cook for an additional 30 seconds.
7. Pour in 120ml or 1/2 cup of teriyaki sauce and stir to combine, making sure it's well mixed.
8. Add the cooked beef back into the skillet and stir to coat with the teriyaki sauce, ensuring it's evenly distributed.
9. Serve the beef and sauce over a bed of steamed noodles.
10. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh cilantro leaves, which are also known as coriander.
