Warm Chocolate with Nutella

Ingredients
- 240 ml (1 cup) milk (whole, 2% or 1%)
- 35 grams (2 tablespoons) Nutella (or hazelnut spread)
- 12.5 grams (1 tablespoon) granulated sugar
- 10 grams (2 tablespoons) unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
1. Whisk 2 tablespoons (10 g) cocoa powder, 2 tablespoons (35 g) Nutella, and 1 tablespoon (12.5 g) sugar in a small bowl until smooth
2. Warm 1 cup (240 ml) milk in a separate pot over low heat until it reaches 65°C (150°F)
3. Slowly add a splash of warm milk to the cocoa mixture while whisking until smooth
4. Gradually whisk in the remaining milk
5. Pour the chocolate mixture into a mug
6. Top with whipped cream if desired and dust with a pinch of cocoa powder using a fine-mesh sieve
7. Serve immediately
